Production
Grown on a variety of soil types including gravels, silt and loam which provide depth and complexity of flavour. Grapes were destemmed and gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain their natural fruit characters. Extended lees aging post-fermentation gives the wine added texture to the palate.
Tasting notes
The Cellar Selection Pinot Gris has classic aromatic peach, orange blossom and dried apricot flavours, finishing with a hint of saltiness.

Delicious with grilled scallops drizzled with lemon and a light sprinkle of cracked pepper and sea salt.
