Boundary House

Our family home and the heart and soul of our business where everyone is welcome. A warm and comfortable environment with contemporary breakout areas to help you do your best work. Our fully equipped kitchen means we can regularly cook for each other and our guests. In fact, the smells that come from the kitchen around midday often bring the family together to see what’s being rustled up! Don’t worry, our on-site gym is at hand to help burn off any of those extra calories consumed or some of those daily stresses!

Benefits

There are more great reasons to work at Boutinot than there are great wines in our portfolio, we can’t possibly list them all! We of course provide traditional stuff such as a competitive company pension scheme, private healthcare and annual profit share scheme.

Charity

We’re blinkin’ fortunate to work in such a great business surrounded with lovely people and we try not to forget it. As well as looking after our own we try and make things just that little bit easier for others. We have charities that we partner with in South Africa and in the UK and it’s not just about fundraising, although we have a lot of fun doing that with bike rides, cake sales and hill-climbing amongst other things. We also encourage our people to help in practical ways such as donating unwanted goods to the homeless, cooking for the elderly in the community or giving up their time to volunteer.
