Production
Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Carignan were carefully selected, we fermented them with lots of whole bunches in the mix, and used old, seasoned wooden barrels judiciously. It was a conscious decision to try our best not to impose ideas for a particular style of wine so we let lazy winemaking take control and we're pretty pleased with the result!
Tasting notes
Lithe, fresh, energetic in feel; unusually and refreshingly light for this part of the world. It’s crunchy, juicy, and full of intriguing flavours … it just feels like it’s come out the way the grapes would have wanted.
Food match
Lamb chops with rosemary, pork tenderloin or a lentil stew.
