Production

The Greco grapes are sourced from vineyards in Montefusco - guyot-trained vines planted in sandy soils, 500m above sea level. Grapes are harvested in early October, and the whole bunches are softly pressed. The wine is fermented and refined in stainless steel, and spends 3-4 months on lees.

Tasting notes

Delicate aromas of white flower, annis and lime citrus. Pithy and mineral on the palate - an attractive chalky note is balanced by zesty pear and grapefruit characters, and finished with a mouthwatering saline bite.

Food match

Perfect with risottos and seafood.
