Production

The Greco grapes are sourced from vineyards in Montefusco - guyot-trained vines planted in sandy soils, 500m above sea level. Grapes are harvested in early October, and the whole bunches are softly pressed. The wine is fermented and refined in stainless steel, and spends 3-4 months on lees.

Tasting notes

Delicate aromas of white flower and annis with lime citrus notes. Crisp, zesty green apple fruit on the palate with notes of greengage. Pithy and mineral, with a mouthwatering saline bite.
