Soils, microclimate, grape varieties and the unique characteristics of the wine culture, distinguish it from all other wine regions of the world. The grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes that are quickly transported to the winery where the grapes are destemmed then a soft pressing takes place and fermentation in temperature controlled vats.
Tasting notes
Bright citrus aromas and a fresh, lively palate with ripe, limey flavours, textural stone fruit and an appealing softness but still the balancing minerality characteristic of this variety.
Food match
A good match for chicken salads, fish and sushi. Or perhaps Vietnamese meatballs.
