The best bunches of Tempranillo fruit, with higher acidity, were selected from an exceptional vineyard at 625m altitude. The wine was fermented and matured in concrete for 5 years, followed by maturation in Russian oak for 45 months (20% new). The wine spent eight years in cement tanks and oak barrels before being bottled.
Complex balsamic notes, intense black fruit, fine grained beautifully polished tannins and incredible freshness.
A good match with lamb, beef and game.
