Production
Produced from Moscato and Brachetto grapes, they are picked and fermented in pressurised tanks to create a natural fizz. Once 7% ABV is reached fermentation is stopped by chilling and filtering, to retain a delicious natural sweetness (no added sugar).
Tasting notes
Tuttavia Rose bursts with juicy, sweet, red-berry fruits. With a luscious light spritz and lower alcohol of 7%, this is a perfect authentic Italian aperitivo. Serve chilled, over ice or straight out of the picnic box.
