Production
The Moscato grapes are picked and fermented in pressurised tanks to create a natural fizz. Once 5% ABV is reached the fermentation is stopped by chilling and filtration, to retain a delicious natural sweetness. Then natural blueberry juice is added.
Tasting notes
A light and lusciously fruity blueberry Moscato with a twist of black fruit acidity against the bubbles. So good.
