Production
This 100% Pinot Blanc is blended from 80% Pinot Blanc and 20% Pinot Blanc Auxerrois and vinified traditionally (pneumatic pressing and temperature controlled fermentation) by winemaker Jean Michel Lihrmann. Grapes from 25 year old vines growing on granite or gravel are harvested by hand or machine (depending on site) then vinified separately, as the various soils impart different characters and styles to the overall blend. Michel then selects particular tanks to achieve good depth of flavour and complexity in the wine, bottling without fining and only a light filtration to preserve fruit and aromatic qualities.

With light aromas of peaches and citrus, this is an elegant wine with character, good weight and texture.
