Tasting notes
Rich generous, crystallised lemon and lime marmalade, with other subtle aromas of tea rose, lychee and honey. The palate is rich, rounded and ripe lifted by a bright floral and honey characters and complimented by lush acidity. Scrumptious!
Food match
Good with chicken salad Thai style, and can stand up to a healthy dollop of chilli paste. Alternatively, try with duck dishes, including duck paté if you're just in the mood for a snack. Peppers stuffed with jasmine rice or tabouleh is a great match too.
