The Pecorino vines are Guyot-trained and planted in mainly clay soils on a south-east facing slope. They benefit from a climate with considerable differences in temperature between day and night, and moderate rainfall in spring and autumn - leading to healthy ripening. After harvesting, the wine undergoes temperature-controlled fermented in stainless steel, and is kept on fine lees for a couple of months before bottling.
Appealing citrus and white flower aromas. The palate is fresh with more citrus, stone fruit and mineral notes - leading to a textural yet crisp finish.
Perfect served with light summer salads or a seafood platter.
