Production
The Imereti region is situated in the foothills of the Caucasus Mountains along the Rioni river. The region's mountainous terrain, sub-tropical climate and stable sunshine hours creates a wine characterised by balanced acidity and a light body. The wine is fermented in stainless steel for 22 days.
Tasting notes
Tsolikouri has a light-lemon colour, aromas of green apple, and fruit flavours of grapefruit and pineapple and a mineral rich and refreshing finish.
Food match
This is a very versatile wine but pairs especially well with salads, Chicken, and chickpea dishes.
