Free-run and pressed juice is used in this wine, with partial ageing in American oak. Some residual grape sugar is retained in the wine and part is also matured in oak.
Fresh elderflower and meadow aromas are abundant on the nose with hints of peach and apple fruit. The palate is off dry with gorgeous ripe stone fruit flavours and pleasingly, gentle well-balanced acidity. The finish is clean, long and incredibly more-ish.
Pair with chicken or seafood salads and light tapas dishes and paella.
