Production
A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks before being carefully blended. We also mature 10% of the blend in old French oak barrels for three months.
Tasting notes
Fresh elderflower and meadow aromas are abundant on the nose with hints of peach and apple fruit. The palate is off dry with gorgeous ripe stone fruit flavours and a pleasing, gentle well-balanced acidity. The finish is clean, long and incredibly more-ish.

Pair with chicken or seafood salads and light tapas dishes and paella.
