Production
A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks before being carefully blended. They also mature 10% of the blend in old French oak barrels for three months.
Tasting notes
White peach, pear, yellow apple and lemon thyme lead into a soft, rounded palate with a gentle spice on the finish.
Food match
Pair with chicken or seafood salads and light tapas dishes and paella.
