Production
The plumpest, sweetest Kentish strawberries were selected to distil along with earl grey tea (smoky, sweet, bergamot), hedgerow nettle (herbaceous, verdant, mineral), and a handful of macadamia nuts (buttery, rich, cream). With the thwack of tennis balls on racquets ringing in our ears, we lovingly distilled our beautiful botanicals with grapes & wine from the Henners English Sparkling vineyard.

Our perfect ‘serve’? Tonic of your choice (simple is best in our book), a twist of lemon, sliver of strawberry & a leaf of sweet basil. Enjoy with the classic English afternoon tea…cucumber sandwiches followed by scones, clotted cream & strawberry jam.
