100% Macabeo grapes from vines grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain. After chilling the must, a short period of skin contact is followed by slow fermentation at controlled temperatures.
Fruity, floral nose with citrus and stone fruit aromas. Delicate peach fruit on the palate with lightly nutty, savoury characters. Fresh citrus acidity on the finish.
Pair with chicken and fish or light pasta dishes.
