2014 Production
Garnacha grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
Generous aromas of ripe blackberry and plum. Bright bramble fruit and cherry characters on the palate, with supple tannins and balancing acidity.

Drink with rich, meaty foods: lasagne, meatballs, or bbq.
