Production

The varietals are planted in their own respective rows and harvested and fermented together in used French oak for 9 months.

Tasting notes

Lots of ripe black fruit notes complemented with a broad mouthfeel. The wine is generous in texture and fruit character and although it will age gracefully thanks to its structure it has been made to be immediately drinkable in its relative youth.

Food match

Pepper rubbed steak, vegetable skewers or a beef stew.
