Production
Local varieties Jaen, Alfrocheiro, Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz are sourced from the Dão region. After harvesting each grape variety is vinified separately, with gentle extraction, and aged in cement tanks. In the spring following the harvest they are blended together, and the wine remains in cement before bottling.
Tasting notes
Appealing and lifted red fruit aromas with a gently herbal note. Crunchy strawberry and raspberry fruit on the palate, which is fresh and elegant with smooth tannins and bright acidity. A modern style Dão red, medium-bodied, elegant and full of fruit.

Pair with lamb chops or a rich beef stew.
