Grapes are sourced from 225ha of vines, and harvested by hand, at no more than 5,000kg/ha. The grapes undergo a strict selection process before being left to macerate for 25 days. Once malolactic fermentation is completed, the free run wine goes into oak casks, where it ages for 4 months in French and American oak barrels.
An elegant wine with aromas of black fruit, a touch of liquorice and subtle oak characters. The palate is balanced with ripe black fruits, bright crunchy acidity and fine grained tannins.
Try with steak or duck cooked with a pepper sauce.
