Production
Selected grapes sourced from Anjou are hand harvested and gently pressed following a short maceration. The juice is allowed to settle before the clear juice is racked into temperature controlled tanks for fermentation at 15 degrees. Once ready, the still wine is filtered again and bottled for the secondary fermentation. Finally the wine is aged for 12 months on the lees before disgorging and the dosage of seven grams per litre is added.
Tasting notes
Lovely ripe strawberry flavours with a hint of peach. This wine has a gentle, appealing finish and fine mousse.
