2014 Production
This wine was made with Torrontes and Pink Moscatel planted in 1945. the grapes were fermented in contact with the seeds and skins in contrete eggs for six months.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
Complex and pleasantly fresh, with floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine complimented by citrus and grapefruit aromas.

Try with roasted cauliflower or grilled halloumi dishes.
