Produced from Garganega grapes grown around the Verona and Vicenza region, with the addition of 15% Pinot Grigio. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation at 16 to 18C, with selected yeasts. The wine spends 3 months on fine lees before bottling.
Ripe stone fruit, citrus and apple aromas follow through to the palate. Lightly textural with more stone fruit, honey notes, and a fresh, crisp finish.
