Production
A blend of white grapes, macerated at 14ºC and fermented with selected yeasts. The wine is then de-alcoholised using low temperature vacuum distillation to maintain fresh fruit flavours. A balanced residual sugar of 40g/l provides mouthfeel, texture and aids the fruity character
Tasting notes
Bright tropical fruit characters, with hints of passion fruit and lemon citrus. An appealing fizz, slightly creamy on the finish with a gentle sweetness.
