Grapes are sourced from selected vineyards on the hills of Rovere della Luna and from along the River Adige from Lavis to Rovereto. Picking takes place following tests to ascertain the maturation state of the grapes, when they have reached maximum aromatic intensity. Vinification involves pneumatic pressing and slight clarification then fermentation in stainless steel tanks controlled at 20 degrees. The wine is then stored in refrigerated stainless tanks before bottling to retain aromatic qualities and freshness.
Lightly honeyed nose with floral, peachy, lightly tropical notes.The palate has ripe fruit and a touch of minerality, contributing to the mouthfeel, as well as further light and delicate green apple characters and a crisp, zesty finish.
Try with delicate fish such as lemon sole and snapper, plain grilled or in a subtle herb sauce.
