Production
The Godello vines are over 20 years old, and trained on trellis. After harvesting the grapes are taken to the cellar to be vinified and, following fermentation, the wine spends 5 months on fine lees.
Tasting notes
Aromas of apple and peach with herbal hints. The palate has ripe stone fruit - smooth and balanced in the mouth with bright acidity and an appealing citrus and savoury tang on the finish.
Food match
A good match for paella or Japanese dishes such as sushi and Tempura prawns / vegetables.
