A blend of red grape varieties from south-east Spain, which are macerated, and then undergo temperature-controlled fermentation. Secondary fermentation takes place in tank, until reaching 4-5 bar. Then the wine is de-alcoholised by the spinning cones method, allowing the wine to retain aromas and structure.
Fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas. On the palate vibrant red berry fruit is balanced by a creamy mousse giving a soft, ripe and appealing finish.
Serve as an aperitif, with seafood and paella, or just a (low-key) celebration!
