Production

Made with Carignan grapes from unirrigated vineyards nestled into Curico's coastal mountains. Blended with 15% Grenache to flesh out the Carignan and give it some juiciness.

Tasting notes

Our wine is edgy, with good acidity and tannins but also has a lovely purity of blackberry and mulberry fruit. It has a long, fresh finish leaving you wanting more!

Food match

This needs to be paired with gutsy, rustic food - cassoulet, slow-cooked shoulder of lamb with herbs and garlic, spicy bean casserole
