Production

Picked at optimum ripeness, balancing phenolics and acidity then cool vinified to enhance the fresh fruit flavours. No oak was used to keep this wine as pure and fresh as possible.

Tasting notes

Gentle aromas of ripe white fruits, and citrus. Well balanced and lively on the palate with ripe fruit and lemon flesh characteristics. A weighty feel to it, this wine has bright, zesty acidity and a clean, saline finish.

Food match

From vines which grow near Southern France's Bassan de Thau, famed for the quailty of its oysters and mussels, the freshness of this wine is the perfect match for shellfish, seafood or grilled fish.
