For those feline moments when relaxing in the sun is the only thing to do. Delicious and moreish, this is a clever little wine from the cunning little cat.

Production

A blend of traditional Rhône grape varieties such as old vine Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Syrah. The Cinsault grapes are from particularly old vines grown in the Languedoc region, while the Grenache Noir and Syrah grow near the town of Nîmes. All the grapes were harvested from about 4am to make sure they arrived cool at the winery. Each grape variety was harvested and pressed separately and then vinified at low temperatures to maintain the bright fruit characteristics.

Tasting notes

A very fruity and mouth-filling yet ultimately dry Rosé, packed with juicy red berry flavours, a luscious texture and savoury finish. The Cinsualt brings a touch of spice.

Food match

Perfect with fish and shellfish (of course) but also delicious with grilled chicken, salads or tomato based pasta.
