Production
Produced from selected white grape varieties cultivated on marly, calacreous soils and gently sloping vineyard sites of Veneto, Italy. After harvesting the grapes undergo a slow fermentation at low temperatures to retain freshness and aromas. Secondary fermentaion takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15-17°C.
Tasting notes
Fresh citrus and green apple aromas. The palate is gently sparkling with appealing orchard fruit notes and bright acidity.

Perfect to enjoy on its own, as the perfect party and picnic wine - or with summer salads, fish and chicken dishes.
