Production
The blanc de blancs is 100% chardonnay from the exceptional 2018 vintage. A perfect growing season in England produced a vintage of high yields and outstanding quality, with grapes harvested with tremendous flavour concentration. It was the first time we made a blanc de blancs and we chose chardonnay lots that had purity, clarity of fruit, minerality and the finesse for long ageing.
Tasting notes
Classic chardonnay notes of lemon, grapefruit and orange zest, combined with riper stone fruit characters, hints of tarte tatin and pastry combine to make this mouthwatering and elegant vintage blanc de blancs.
