Production
Sourced from 2 vineyards in Nelson, both clay based. Part Heaphy vineyard, part Tasman Bay. The wine is fermented 50% in old oak, 50% in stainless steel to retain vibrancy while adding gentle complexity. Ripe peach, lemon, hint of vanilla and luscious palate coming from the oak component.
