Vineyards are located in the north-west corner of Utiel Requena, 900 metres above sea level. Wines are made from organically grown grapes in vineyards cultivated using natural fertilisers, cover crops, and biological control of pests. The grapes are pressed and the juice fermented in temperature controlled, stainless steel tanks.
Lightly aromatic, with white peach and jasmine on the nose, as well as delicate herbaceous notes and citrus. The palate is textured with fresh and zesty citrus fruit acidity, mineral notes and a clean, crisp finish.
Drink with roast chicken, simply grilled fish and grilled / barbecued vegetables.
