Estampado Malbec is a mosaic of blocks across Mendoza's finer upland wards that naturally stamp their flavour on the wine. Harvested by night, then crushed into steel fermentation tanks with micro-oxygenation techniques to capture the full aromatics of the mountains, whilst retaining depth of colour. 100% unoaked for clarity of expression, the winemaking is simple because the viticulture is fastidious, and we keep that balance to ultimately benefit the purity of the wine
