This wine is produced in the historical “Prosecco” area, on the hills of Treviso in the north-east of Italy. This sparkling wine is fermented in large vats using the charmat-vinification method.
Classic Prosecco! A lovely light aromatic, ripe fruit and floral nose, with notes of stonefruit and apple, which leads to a confident, creamy, lemon-tanged palate and a bright, lively finish.
Serve chilled as an aperitif or celebration wine. Often added to cocktails with the addition of white peach juice to create a Bellini.
