Production
The main cuvée and very much the expression of their estate and wine-making philosophy. Made from a selection of 30 and 40 year old vines from two different parcels, both situated in the south of the appellation in La Roche de Glun. The bunches are de-stemmed and then left to ferment in stainless steel vats for three to four weeks, and aged in a mix of vats and demi-muids.
Tasting notes
A traditional, complex Crozes with nuanced, dark fruit, fine, integrated tannins and nice balance on the finish.
