Production
Lodovic selects what he considers the best juice for this wine - the plots have varied over recent vintages. The wine is aged in a single 20hl barrel for 23 months. Only 3200 bottles produced.
Tasting notes
Very bright and intense with a decadent mouth-filling texture. Everything is ramped up a little here to provide some serious torque - extremely food friendly and having tried some examples from 10 and 15 years ago it will age wonderfully well.
Food match
White meats or fish in a deep creamy sauce are the order of the day, failing that a nice cheeseboard would work wonders.
