Produced from grapes grown on clay-limestone in Kimmeridgian and Portlandian soils. Vinification in temperature controlled vats.
A rich Sauvignon Blanc with a citrus and mineral nose followed by flavours of ripe lemon flesh a touch of exotic persimmon balanced by mineral, saline finish. Characterful, digestable and versatile, so a great food wine.
Drink with seafood, shellfish, grilled chicken, asparagus and goat milk cheeses.
