2014 Production
From vines grown on a combination of clay and limestone soils in th village of Verrains. Vinified with indiginous yeast, exclusively in cocrete vat.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
Bright red fruits and the gentlest of silky smooth tannin. Serve with th lightest chill to show it at its best.
