Production
Vines grown on limestone and clay soils - the same vineyard as Clos Rougeard. It is vinified and aged in concrete.
Tasting notes
Deep, earthy, incredibly tight in its youth this will certainly benefit from a few hours in a decanter. Upon opening up the herbaceous, spicy notes and elegant shapes come to the fore with deep cherry aromas singing the backing track.

Course Toulouse sausage with a hearty bean cassoulet.
