2014 Production
Mainly old vine Marsanne with the addition of some Roussanne grown on granitic soil. Aged in French oak for 10 months, a mixture of old and new barriques and demi-muids.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
Powerful and waxy with aromas of garrigue and warm earth, there is underlying structure one would expect of a wine with this class.
