Production
The grapes are grown in the western Bekaa at an altitude of 1,050m above sea level on 15-20 year old vines with gravelous and limestone soils. Dry farmed and 100% manually harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. No Malolactic fermentation takes place. After blending the wine undergoes a gentle clarification. Grape varieties include Viognier, Chardonnay, Obeidi and Muscat de'Alexandrie.
