Production
Vineyards are located in the Western Bekaa at an altitude of 1,050m above sea level and grapes are grown on 15-20 year old vines on sandy limestone soil. Dry farmed with 100 % manual harvesting. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. The Syrah undergoes a short maceration and bleeding (a rosé saignée), while the Cinsault and Tempranillo are direct pressed. No malolactic fermentation takes place. After blending the wine undergoes a gentle clarification.
Tasting notes
Delicate coral pink in colour with spicy notes, fresh strawberry and red cherry fruits on the nose. This is a full flavoured rosé of character and depth with ripe summer fruits and a zesty spicy finish.

Spicy antipasti, trout steamed with chilli, Tabbouleh, Baba Ghanoush with olive oil, lemon & garlic, grilled lamb.
