Production
This rosé was made in the press, we used no saignée from his red wines, and have deliberately kept it on its fine lees to nourish the wine over the winter and spring to give the wine body and texture. The result is a wine of fragrance and ‘delicatesse’.
Tasting notes
Delicate, sweet spice aromas lead onto a palate which is immediately soft, vinous and round with abundant ripe fruit, lifted by a natural zing and finishing with a characterful texture and richness.

The perfect summer lunch wine; pair with roasted vegetable tart or poached trout salad.
