First we ferment and double-distil corn and malted barley to make a smooth Bourbon base. Next we roast peanuts and hazelnuts , grind them together, and distil for a third time in order to infuse the flavours into our Bourbon style malt base, only taking the hearts of the spirit.
Peanuts in a bottle. Deliciously smooth Bourbon profile with lots of nuts! We’ve taken care to make sure there are no cloying characteristics, reducing viscosity and making this a fine drink.
For a simple serve, pour over ice and enjoy. You could also add a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters and stir, and finish with an orange twist for a ‘Peanut Butter Old Fashioned’.
