Production
Clay Shannon Cabernet has a little Syrah, and Petite Sirah blended in. The wine is aged for 12 months on 25% French oak.
Tasting notes
Cassis, blackberry, leather and chaparral combine aromatically with flavours of toasted oak, blackberry crumble and vanilla. Mid-palate weight and complexity while maintaining elegance and texture.

Beef short rib in a red wine sauce or butter bean cassoulet.
