Production
Produced from the estate's young vines (average age 10 years) growing in vineyards overlooking the Camargue and strewn with smooth pebbles from the Durance river valley. After harvesting, the grapes are chilled for 3 days before a natural ferment at controlled temperatures. Unoaked and 'croquant'.
Tasting notes
Aromas of wild woodland fruits and bracken. The palate has fresh blackberries, bramble fruit with, supple tannins and crunchy, fresh acidity to keep it lifted and juicy.
Food match
Enjoy with grilled or barbecued meats, or hearty vegetarian sausages.
