Production
Manually harvested and sorted ahead of gently crushing and a long maceration. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot are vinified separately in concrete tanks.
Tasting notes
Vibrant and richly fruity on the nose, the palate follows with plenty of ripe black fruits, fine tannins which gives some light structure. This balances nicely with the alcohol, acidity and a slight natural edge to create a wine full of life and vivacity. The finish is fresh rather than tannic - a joyful, full bodied red that could even handle being lightly chilled.

An absolute winner with steak frites.
