A period of 9-8 hours pre-fermentation skin contact makes the most of the natural, fresh aromatics from these grapes.
Maturation
75% in stainless steel and up to 25% in barrel for 6 months: three quarters of which were 2nd or 3rd French oak 300l barrels.
Tasting notes
A classic, crisp Bordeaux Blanc with aromas of green and red apple, citrus flesh and a zippy, lifted acidity.
Food match
Perfect with fish and seafood, even sushi.
